Lead Advisor to FirstNet Board Technology Committee and FirstNet Management Team. Supported all aspects of the Network Planning, Engineering and Operations, including Technology Planning and Development, RF Network engineering, Core Network Engineering, and Deployment and Operations. The functional scope of these activities spaned network strategy, network planning, large-scale network procurement activities, support of network partner negotiations, large-scale LTE network engineering, site acquisition and construction and deployment management, and specification and oversight of operational activities. Mr. Fox also served as the primary advisor to the FirstNet Management Team for overall company start-up planning; high-growth organizational planning; fiscal year operational planning; network sharing, support and preparation of technical presentations for the FirstNet Board.

Scott served as the Independent Director of the iWireless Board of Directors for ~ 5 years. In this role, Scott was exposed to and helped solve many of the unique challenges faced by smaller, regional, and rural wireless operators in terms of operational, financial, and strategic issues.
