As the COO for LIN Digital / RMM Online, Scott led the sales & operational divisions to triple revenues to $40MM in three years (2009-2012) while achieving a 2012 EBITDA of 16%. As a key executive and primary shareholder, Scott helped manage the sale of RMM (formerly Red McCombs Media) to LIN Media in October 2009.

Rebranded as LIN Digital in January 2013

Acquired by LIN TV (now LIN Media in October 2009) & was rebranded as RMM Online Advertising. Scott broadened the Red McCombs Media’s product mix & implementing automated systems to facilitate growth & scalability. He arrived at Red McCombs Media when he sold his company Media Engine Group (MEG), a media technology start-up focused on online video content delivery & custom media development, six months after starting the company.

Acquired in 2007 by Red McCombs Media

As a part of this role, Scott was responsible for all sales, staffing & project delivery focused in the government & health care sectors.

Scott was a partner at Duration Software, a start-up custom software consultancy focused in the government & health care sectors, serving in numerous sales & delivery leadership roles before the company was sold to Systems Evolution, Inc. in 2004.

Scott led the school software product division that developed and sold school administration software. He helped orchestrate the sale of this division in 2000.
