As a cross-functional leader, he can help solve issues on the down escalator and keep advancing with the team.Scott and his wife, Ann, of 25 years live in Kansas City raising three daughters: Kaleigh (Notre Dame); Emily (Miami of Ohio), and Holly (U of San Diego).
