Sales ManagerRogers & Rogers Toyota Oct 2010 - Oct 2013Imperial, CaliforniaWork at Rogers & Rogers started as a consulting position. Taking Toyota and their Nissan stores off 2 separate CRM's leaving ADP CRM as their primary CRM. Routing of leads from their website and all other lead providers into ADP CRM. Setting up their lead follow up processes, email templates, and working with internet staff to adopt a different way of doing business. Correcting issues from the original set up or ADP Drive, from forms being lined up wrong to inventory importation. Upon full time employment as the Toyota Internet Director I worked to help staff set appointments, follow up on leads, desking deals for the internet staff, running credit, packaging deals to be sent to finance. While Director we averaged between 30-35 deals a month averaging $60+K per month in gross profit. I eventually trained my replacement ensuring a smooth transition. Throughout I worked closely with staff setting up processes from how a vehicle get's stocked in to dealer trade forms. Created a new corporate logo, which led to use of the Rogers & Rogers logo in all marketing to create immediate local recognition of their brand of dealerships. As a sales manager we hired green peas and under experienced staff. We trained them to be productive maintaining a minimum standard of 8 vehicles per month. I developed a spread sheet to constantly track sales personnel bonuses using ADP Drive reports. Worked closely with the GSM to ensure we had a proper inventory mix, models, colors, and equipment. We constantly monitored dealer orders for mix, or dealer trading either car's that were at the port or on the ground. We constantly talked about CSI and as a result were in the top few dealers in the LA Region. There was a common goal amongst the staff to always strive to be the best we could from how we treated clients, to how we transacted business, to how clean our month end closed!
