Backed by PSG, Formstack is a workplace productivity solution with tools to collect information, integrate systems, and automate work. I manage our Workflows product, a drag-and-drop visual workflow builder that ties our Forms, Documents, and Sign products together into streamlined, automated workflows. Workflows also allows customers to integrate their data in Formstack with third party softwares. I joined the Formstack team as part of the Formsite acquisition.

My primarily responsibilities included implementing product analytics to promote a highly data-driven product culture and building a mobile-focused, 2.0 version of the product with streamlined onboarding, AI and workflow capabilities.

Lead PM for growth stage legal practice management software. Built new products from zero to one and worked cross-functionally for GTM activities. In my time there, PracticePanther experienced XX% in MRR growth and was sold to Francisco Partners. Key Releases: • PantherPayments: brought native payment processing to PracticePanther customers, resulting in $XM in additional revenue.• eSignature: customers can seamlessly send documents for signature from PracticePanther, without needing to pay for a separate subscription. The solution offers differentiated status tracking, email customization and the ability to send multiple documents at once. This feature saw ~40% conversion and nearly 100k documents sent for eSignature. • SMS: firms can send and receive text messages inside PracticePanther and track unread messages with a new text messaging dashboard. Led this release amidst A2P 10DLC industry changes. Key KPIs included ~99% message deliverability success rates and ~160k outbound messages over 18 months.
