    PartWorks is currently under contract with the US Air Force for test and evaluation of innovative methods for repairing aircraft structures in and around fastener holes, while providing definitive validation of the repair. That includes software, repair tools and fasteners (nut plates and bushings) as well as analytical and validation capabilities utilizing Dassault 3Dxperience for FEA and simulation.We have developed RepĀR™ , augmented reality software utilizing AI and Computer Vision to guide mechanics through the repair process, and document the repair for validation and life extension credit. We are also launching a new series of industry-leading battery operated, hand held Smart Puller tools, with micro hydraulics and electronic process controls.For new production, there are no limits to our potential for outstanding collaborative efforts. We are well-positioned to relieve pressure points to OEM supply chains in the areas of machined or stamped parts and select high interference fit bushings, and rivetless nutplates mechanically and adhesively installed.Technologies include AR/XR (Augmented Reality/Extended Reality), AI, Computer Vision, Digital Sensors, Digital Image Correlation, Robotics, FEA and Simulation with 3DExperience, Cold Expansion and Cold Working.
