Globally responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development

As Head of Global Talent Acquisition I am responsible for both the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE) at Group HR as well as for all International Executive Recruitment activities. The CoE role entails designing, implementing and steering the Global Talent Acquisition strategy (covering Recruitment, Onboarding and Employer Branding) as well as directing the Global Talent Acquisition Teams in the regions (NorAm, APAC, EMEA LATAM and India). The Executive Recruitment role entails end to end sourcing of executive talent (top 300) across all disciplines and regions.

Internal Transfer to DSM Nutritional Products (DNP) in Switzerland, the largest Business Unit of DSM.As part of the Talent Management team, I am responsible for developing, aligning and embedding the Global Talent Platform for DNP, with a specific focus on the EMEA region. I am also responsible for rolling out the newly developed Leadership Model within EMEA, including training of senior executives. Additionally, I manage the Global DNP High Potential Development Program and EMEA Mentoring Program (including personally mentoring two High Potentials).

As part of the Career Development team at Corporate HR, I am responsible for developing, aligning and embedding the global Talent Platform for DSM. I am the chair of the Global Talent Management Team (GTMT), which consists of Business, Regional & Functional representation, focused on the alignment and optimization of the Global Talent Management, Global Recruitment and Global L&D approach. I am also specifically involved in further developing the Regional Talent Environments, working closely with Regional Management to strengthen the local Talent Platforms across the DSM footprint.

Develop, implement and maintain the international HR strategy for the HAL Allergy Group. Direct the planning and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures, including organizational restructuring. Provide consultative expertise to management on complex and/or comprehensive organizational development interventions including projects requiring utilization of multiple disciplines. Prioritize and execute multiple Group HR initiatives in support of performance development, reward, recognition and retention of employees. Assume overall responsibility for recruiting effectively and efficiently in a competitive employment market to support the growth and development of the organization. I am also in charge of the Corporate Communication strategies, policies and procedures for the HAL Allergy Group

In my capacity as manager of the international finance recruitment team I supervised nine consultants and one manager engaged in both permanent and interim recruitment activities. These procedures range from mid-level (Assistant controller, Finance Manager) to senior level (BU Controller, CFO) roles, focusing on international companies based in the greater Amsterdam region.
