Level 1 focuses on positive coaching philosophy & teaching individual skills in a safe and athlete centered environment; Level 2 focuses on tactical team elements based on overarching principles for offense, defense and transition); and,Level 3 focuses on detailed instruction concerning pregame preparation and game-day tactics, including critical thinking activities to build a higher lacrosse IQs for coaches and their teams.
