Industry Support Function Owner, solely responsible for Grants & IIT Management System. Managed vendor relationships, administered all submitted grants, and created key deliverables, including the Forest Laboratories Transparency Report and Industry Support Quarterly Report to Senior Management. Led large cross-functional group of stakeholders drawn from both R&D and Commercial, negotiated SOWs, and managed budgets. Additionally, served as compliance and operations SME for Medical Affairs, and helped lead SOP Harmonization Task Force. Project managed critical systems deployments from initial requirements gathering through UAT and launch according to SDLC best practices. Managed compliance hotline. Point of contact for sales, MSLs, third-party grant requestors, vendors, and KOLs. Drafted and delivered mandatory compliance training sessions on quarterly basis.

Responsible for all Clinical Trial Protocol and Results postings to ClinicalTrials.gov, Forest Clinical Trials Registry, and ex-US Registries. Manually logged, prioritized and scheduled for review all Medical Education grant requests submitted to Forest (upwards of 1,000/ year). Also conducted initial compliance review, approving/declining or seeking additional information as needed. Tracked progress on all approved programs (approx. 400/year). Devised and led reconciliation process. Conducted impact analysis of new regulatory legislation, proposed solutions, and operationalized.
