Career OverviewI spent my early career in healthcare consulting, PE finance, and technology roles before making a commitment to develop and grow my skills and experience in healthcare operations, management, and leadership as the Director of Marketing and Development for Heritage Provider Network. Recognizing the importance of global leadership and learning how to manage and grow to scale, I moved to Abbott Laboratories as a leader in strategy, marketing, and informatics. My roles at Abbott took me from designing R&D strategy to becoming the Global Marketing Director of Innovation and Informatics. From there, I became North American General Manager of STARLIMS Technologies after successful M&A identification, execution, and integration. Finally, I was appointed General Manager of OneLab, Abbott informatics to utilize my leadership skills to turn around this division.Following my time at Abbott, I took on leadership roles with Cambridge Cognition before joining Forefront Dermatology as Chief Marketing Officer in 2015. Through a targeted approach to talent, innovation, and growth opportunities, my efforts have helped expand Forefront to more than double their number of clinics, recapitalize with two PE partners at mid teen multiples, and in 2021, I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the organization.
