About Scott Green

I am, and have always been, a hands on type person, engineering comes naturally. I enjoy being in a coaching role, I find it very rewarding helping people develop their strengths and to recognize their weaknesses.During my career I have worked in all aspects of the production of the newspaper. From jogging the product, printing as a pressman, supervising, leading teams, running all types of equipment, Pre Press, Composing, Computers, CtP, Cameras, Databases, Metrics. Reviewing staffing and budgeting to make sure each market is profitable in production.I have been involved with numerous installations with Wick communications. We have installed 50+ units, 10 CtP devices, 3 inserting machines. With CMNM, working with a DGM 7 x 4 high press with UV capabilities, running 5 dailies a night. I very much enjoy troubleshooting problem areas be it computer or mechanical. I still like to get into the nuts and bolts to find solutions.
