I can easily say that Scott did a great job at supporting projects for all operational groups (Launch, Production, Network and Data Center Operations) even under the high pressure circumstances that we faced on a daily basis. During this time Scott proved himself to be a highly proficient and skilled project manager who was able to bring clarity and structure to projects in uncertain startup phases. When project scope and requirements shifted (which occurred often) Scott was able to calmly adapt, engage the proper team members, explain the new perspective and requirements while seamlessly adjusting the project plan quickly without sacrificing our operational timelines. Scott is also a great example of a person with high integrity. This reflects in his work as well as with the strong relationships that he had developed with many of his coworkers over the years at MobiTV.
