The role of a student ambassador is to represent the university in professional and social environments. Several roles are designated to a student ambassador. These include:• Giving exceptional customer service to the prospect students arriving on open days and their parent/guardians. • Delivering presentations to as big as 300 groups of students on university life, taking and answering questions• Delivering campus tours and essentially selling the university to prospect students• Working with children as young as 10, in an open day to make them aware of what they can work towardsWorked with the marketing team at the university on ideas on how to advertise the university
