I pride myself on outside the box solutions. Let me take a minute to give you a few examples. While at Centex I designed and developed the first sub-prime automated underwriting application. This included all underwriting decisioning as well as calculating a complex commission structure.At Firstplus, I designed and developed a servicing interface that allowed for a real time (to the minute) connection to a predictive dialer. Campaigns were updated with the receipt of payments and supervisors could make on the fly adjustments to the outbound/inbound dialer usage.Kofax (an industry leader in the image capture space) brought me on as a consultant to help them take their wide array of products and apply them to the mortgage origination space. The goal was to create a product suite that would produce a “touchless” mortgage application. Utilizing their advanced software suite we were able to develop a product that provided a borrower with a data upload portal (web, fax, tablet and/or smartphone), scan the incoming document, populate the LOS and update the workflow requirements.I'm deeply passionate about managing small and large IT teams that deliver cutting edge solutions.
