As the CIO of the Spearmint Rhino Worldwide, I serve as innovator, strategist, and most importantly, transformational leader. I am responsible for the strategic development and tactical execution of business solutions that are agile, responsive to our business needs, and in complete alignment with our overarching organizational strategy. One of my core business philosophies is to continually invest in, develop, and empower our employees, which in turn creates a robust differentiator and enabler for the Spearmint Rhino, translating directly into improved customer experience, reduced costs of conducting business, and creating competitive advantage at multiple levels. Additionally, my role leads cross-functional teams that inform business strategy and operations for 36 business units worldwide, is responsible for I.T. operations, I.T. governance, I.T. finance & budgeting, I.T. project management and quality management at-large .
