Since my election in October, 2020, I am the City Councillor for Ward 7 in the City of Cambridge, ON, Canada.

As Chief Examiner for the University of London International Programmes, "IR3083 - International Political Theory"​, my role is to draft multiple examination scripts based on past course syllabi, grade and evaluate the exams, and comprise an in-depth 'examiner's commentary' detailing readings, approaches, and potential answers for all examination script questions. The goal is to ensure students grasp the foundational readings for the course, whilst also expanding their own knowledge and philosophical understanding of a variety of ways of thinking about political philosophy and International Relations.

• Organized and led campaign staff and 20+ volunteers; managed internal and external communications; met project deadlines; designed marketing and advertising materials.• Participated in televised, radio, print, and community debates.• Organized and blogged 34+ ‘Listening Tour’ interviews with community leaders.• Canvassed 8,000+ households; won polling areas where doorstep meetings occurred.Received 11,177 votes, which was a 50% increase over the previous 2015 candidate, and a notable increase considering party votes dropped in 85% of other ridings nationally.

For two terms at Wilfrid Laurier University and the Balsillie School of International Affairs, I taught Masters and PhD students 'IPS 613/633: Special Topics in Environmental and Human Security.'• Commended for broadening mindsets and skillsets by introducing students to strategies of critical thinking, philosophy, and critical global governance literature.• Designed and finalized syllabi and course content for Master’s Level Course in the BSIA’s Master’s in International Public Policy (MIPP) program.• Delivered weekly lectures; graded assignments, essays, presentations, and class participation; facilitated student-led and student-centered teaching and engagement in interactive classes.• Conducted weekly office hours; completed administrative duties and student reports.

Edited "Millennium: Journal of International Studies" volume 44, which included three published editions, as well as organizing a large international conference on the theme of "Failure and Denial in World Politics."• Managed daily operations of a peer-reviewed academic journal, generating more than £70,000+ annually. • Edited, composed, and produced 3 journal issues per year.• Managed Deputy Editors, editorial board meetings, selection of peer-reviewed articles.• Organized and managed 2015 Millennium Conference (£17,000 budget), with over 200+ attendees from international universities, and secured and organized keynote presentation from a major keynote speaker (Prof. Bruno Latour, Sciences Po). • In 2015, created and marketed new website, journal cover, and brand image, still used globally to great success.

Working at the Careers Centre at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE, UK), I advised undergraduate students how to tailor their skills and CV to their desired workplace. I excelled in learning the personality and goals of each client, and then linking career aspirations and studies with the potential needs of various employers.

• Co-edited with Benjamin Martill and Katharine Millar.• Composed and distributed call for papers, selected abstracts, sourced and distributed articles for double-blind peer-review, organized and managed editorial board and copy-editing process, and composed final journal proofs (12 peer-reviewed articles).

Working with the 'Montague Burton Professor' at the University of Oxford, Professor Andrew Hurrell, and Dr. Adam Humphries, I researched the nature of global norms and how their intersected with issues of human rights, technologies, and other topics issues in international politics.
