As National Manager for C2 Reverse, the reverse mortgage division of the nations largest broker, Scott has designed and implemented the C2 Reverse Training, Certification and Origination program that has certified more than 300 veteran loan officers, preparing them to ethically and competently help senior homeowners to utilize a Reverse Mortgages as a sustainable solution.Scott is a member of the Board of Directors of  the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA) which is in a private/public partnership with HUD as the steward of the Reverse Mortgage program. NRMLA is also the source of and enforcer for the Reverse Mortgage Industry's Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility.Scott is also a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association's Education Committee and has created and teaches course content for NRMLA's Continuing Ed courses for NMLS & CRMP CE Credit.The course material Scott created and teaches is specifically on Jumbo Reverse Mortgages and this online CE course is taken by hundreds of mortgage professionals nationally each year Additionally Scott has mentored more then 10% of all Certified Reverse Mortgage Professionals nationwide through to their successful CRMP certification, the highest level certification in the Reverse Mortgage industry.NMLS # 248551 CA DRE Broker's Lic 01113987
