Responsibilities included relationship management, resource allocation and establishing strategic priorities.• Managed ebizmix.com relationships and contracts with outside technical vendors (Accenture, BroadVision, Compaq, DiaLogos, KANA, Microsoft). Responsibilities included managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.• Responsible for ebizmix being awarded the Order Delivery Responsibilities for $175MM in Keepsakes and Boxed Cards orders from Hallmark Cards, Inc. This represented a 300% increase over 2000 sales volume for ebizmix.com.• Spearheaded the technical requirements for the integration of ebizmix.com transaction site with numerous Point of Sale Application Providers within the Gift Industry. Crafted partnership agreements with Microsoft to develop and implement architecture on which to build the solution (Biztalk, SQL Server, MS Exchange Architecture).
