Responsible for driving the scalability and profitability of the North American fulfillment network through continuous process improvement, network optimization, and leading inter-company initiatives between Vista and Cimpress companies. Scope of work includes driving continuous process improvements to optimize the network. I lead intercompany initiatives between Vistaprint and Cimpress companies, such as new product launches, insourcing, outsourcing, and cost savings projects. I managing the decision making process for routing orders across the North American fulfillment network. I drive analysis and scenario modeling to recommend the most optimal routing strategies. I am responsible for forecast demand distribution across the fulfillment network and establishing added rigor around third-party fulfillment carrier management.

• Govern the spend for each line of business (LoB) and broadly across the vendor network by establishing spend targets with FP&A and monitoring actuals• Streamline the process of onboarding, training, cross-utilizing, and measuring performance of vendors so that they are operating at maximum efficiency and meeting stakeholder established SLAs• Responsible for facilitating the management of an existing ~2,000 agent offshored operation as well as new offshore program onboarding• Standardize offshore labor spend processes• Work cross-functionally with offshore stakeholders to guide them through new task onboarding, facilitate training, and BPO guidebook maintenance• Work closely with vendors facilitating performance improvement plans and quarterly business reviews• Building Wayfair-wide mechanisms for accurate and easily consumable offshore labor spend tracking, forecasting, and invoice verification, enabling easy identification of cost reduction opportunities• Establishing scalable vendor performance management, holding offshore vendors accountable to desired KPI’s and spend reduction targets• Execution of change management, ramping up new lines of business and adapting to changing business needs• Manage a team of 2 associates and 4 offshore vendors across 4 countries

Responsible for 3PF fulfillment operations for Vista North America, including the management of 30 fulfillment partners. I managed key performance metrics for my domain, led a team of 3 direct reports, developed and executed team strategy, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. I facilitated fulfiller integrations, managed product fulfillment operations, capacity planning, routing optimization, and launched new products. Products included apparel, drinkware, wall art, home goods, and traditional print on paper products. Additionally, I managed volume and labor forecasting, assisted with pricing initiatives, provided ad hoc data analysis, and order remediation support.

Developed and maintained market sizing and forecasting tools for seven groups within the company. Managed market sizing and forecast related workflow, serving as liaison to senior management. Worked closely with analysts to execute syndicated forecasts and consulting projects comprised of market sizing, forecasting, trend analysis and execution of Excel and PowerPoint deliverables. Served as lead analyst on three syndicated forecasts. Managed and executed quarterly hardware tracker program, including tool development and maintenance. Organized and lead weekly forecast meetings. Worked closely with the IT group to develop and maintain sophisticated database-driven forecasting tools.
