They know I care about them and that I am willing to add more value to them than I take. As a leader, I believe in big bold ideas, fast failure and pushing the limits of convention to achieve. My goal is to be disruptive, do things that have never been done before, or better than it has ever been done before. My teams achieve this when they are at their best. With that my job is simple: set a bold vision and tenants to guide their work, listen, ask challenging questions, reward progress and encourage them. As a leader I desire for my team to believe in themselves.I am a learner seeking continuous improvement in my approach to live up to my full potential. I am transparent, accountable and expect a lot out of myself. I work to be the best leader, father and husband that I can be.
