Personal Vision: “Awaken Potential” I get joy from helping others discover and go after their dreams and goals. I aspire to achieve excellence and get the best out of the people I interact with every day by challenging them to have a personal vision and be accountable to their own purpose. They know I care about them and that I am willing to add more value to them than I take. As a leader, I believe in big bold ideas, fast failure and pushing the limits of convention to achieve. My goal is to be disruptive, do things that have never been done before, or better than it has ever been done before. My teams achieve this when they are at their best. With that my job is simple: set a bold vision and tenants to guide their work, listen, ask challenging questions, reward progress and encourage them.
