While at WebPT I served as a mission-driven, pragmatic product leader with a demonstrated track record of revenue growth through product innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and pricing strategy. Key Results:- Revenue Growth: Grew 7-figure product line revenues by 12x in 4 years while maintaining > 85% gross margin through strategic product innovation, pricing model design, and leading cross-functional execution.- Product Market Fit: Grew product line market share from 1% to 33% in 4 years by partnering closely with sales & marketing leaders to consistently evolve the product-line and refine segmentation as the market matured.- Product Innovation: Led 10 successful product launches across all WebPT product families over 4 years while refining & systematizing the product launch process for a growing team of product managers. Among these launches was the release of WebPT's "Virtual Visits" product line in March of 2020, a product that was conceived, designed, developed, and released in under 4 weeks in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.- Pricing Strategy: Generated over $1M in net expansion revenue and increased average deal size by 20% by devising & implementing a significant change to our pricing model. Developed a playbook for managing future pricing model changes for PMs, including tools for Price/Value mapping, economic value estimation, financial modeling, and documented process standards.- Team Process: Led the maturation of WebPT's product management team processes and served as a coach and servant leader for all 10 PMs on the product team. This work included the refinement of our product requirements document, after action report document, product launch checklist, go-to-market readiness assessment, team on-boarding guidelines, cross-functional collaboration standards, and learning & development plan.

Strive Labs created the category of Patient Relationship Management software within the rehab therapy industry. As its Co-Founder and CEO, I was responsible for guiding the company from a graduate school side project to its acquisition over 5 years. With its acquisition we achieved a rare feat: returning over 10x MOIC to all early investors, retaining all acquired employees for over 4 years, and becoming an industry behemoth by scaling to over 33% market share. This was a testament both to the strength of the product created by Strive's amazing team, and the quality of our acquiring partner, WebPT.
