I am a Senior Consultant at Nationwide Insurance working in the Office of Corporate Strategy. My role consists of strategic planning and positioning for OCEO members, board material preparation, and ad hoc projects supporting many different leaders throughout the company. My primary internal clients are the Annuity team and the Legal team with focus areas such as Corporate Sustainability, External Affairs, and Public Policy. As well, I co-chair the Civic Action Program which is a nonpartisan organization at Nationwide with the goal of getting associates politically informed and involved. Prior to my current role, I was a Consultant in the Office of Corporate Strategy supporting areas across the organization including our P&C business and additional shared service areas such as Innovation, Marketing, and the Office of the Chief Customer Office. I started my career in Nationwide's Finance Leadership Rotation Program where I rotated through four different areas of finance to gain a better understanding of the insurance and financial services industry. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in May of 2016.
