Coordinator and co-innovator in the Office of Instructional Technology. My responsibilities are to increase the overall integration of technology into our district's classrooms by creating and implementing professional development as well as securing technologies for student achievement. I continue to provide ongoing professional development to teachers and students using technology centered around online video professional development that goes beyond using screen capture. My duties also reach into supporting the planning, and development of training for our Memphis Virtual School initiative.• Trained, certificated and practiced in the process of district wide teacher evaluations based on Tennessee’s Framework for Evaluations (TFE) and Memphis City Schools revised version of (TFE) based upon the DC IMPACT Teach Domain rubric, and the TAP rubric (developed by the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching).via Teacher Effectiveness Measurement (TEM), Teacher Effectiveness Initiative (TEI) an intensive partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the RANDA Tower mobile evaluation application.
