Managed cross-functional project teams working proactively to ensure projects met critical timelines and stringent quality standards.*Order Entry System (OES) Development. Directed the development and implementation of an electronic OES to replace the manual process.*Created an IT Department. Executed IT functions of behalf of the VP for six years, implementing all IT projects and administering a $2.5M payroll.*Data Centers Move. Coordinated the move of 9K sq. ft. of corporate office space from a manufacturing environment to a 40K sq. ft. business building. Consulted with senior management and staff from Human Resources, AP / AR, Accounting, and IT to identify space and technology needs. Designed and managed the implementation of state-of-the-art data centers, including automatic generator backup, LAN / WAN, pre-action fire control systems, and telecom systems. Seamlessly transitioned all departments in one weekend, with staff up and fully functional.
