We operated an Express Employment Professionals franchise with offices in Columbia, Mexico, and Jefferson City, Missouri. Express Employment Professional is a full-service staffing organization with over 900 offices and $2 billion in sales. We were consistently one of the top 10 franchisees averaging over 600 people a day working in office services, IT, light industrial, and various other verticals.I was charged with strategic planning, sales, organizational development, and operations.While maintaining industry-leading gross margins, we grew this territory from $1,000,000 to over $10,000,000 in sales in four years.During this period we won the US Chamber/Mass Mutual Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative Award, Franchisee of the Year Award from the International Franchise Association, and named Columbia Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year.
