I take this position very seriously as my passion is leading people. In this role, I get to train others that train the rest of the company. I also get to take a leadership role in developing processes to make sure the quality of our services shows through from the initial customer call to the billing cycle. I work with many different people in different roles to ensure that our training, quality and safe practices are all in alignment.

Myself along with my three fellow service managers were promoted to Regional Managers starting January 2020. I am excited for this group to do great things with the people and processes of Adam's Pest Control!I was named top commercial division sales for 2015 this past month, which also included very few cancels (my customers really like us). I was also named top commercial technician by our quality control department. I am excited to continue to grow the southern minnesota/northern Iowa areas for Adams pest control. I have successfully passed my state License exams, after which I will be helping all of the people in the Mankato and surrounding areas to any pests that are bugging them (pun intended). I will be servicing commercial accounts as well as handling any residential needs in the area. You will find that both Adam's Pest Control and myself share the same passion for solving business and individual problems with the appropriate cost effective solution. My new role at Ecreativeworks is to direct the operations of a great company to success. I am excited about moving Ecreativeworks to the highest level of efficiency, productivity and profitability possible. My current role at Ecreativeworks has evolved to the title of Production Manager. In this role I will help our company streamline and optimize it's production process through our project management systems. We have a great team that has done some great things and we will do even greater things in the months and years to come. Our customers will reap the benefits of working with our project managers in a very efficient environment.

My specialty is working on new website projects & redesigns. Following a project from kickoff to launch to ensure that the site is search engine optimized from the start. Any website that goes through our process will have a great SEO foundation. Monthly clients are also part of my portfolio. Video optimization is also a growing passion with me.

I work with print and online advertising clients on a daily basis. I office out of Hutchinson and Litchfield, MN. I sell into 2 newspapers, 2 Shoppers and multiple websites including: hutchinsonleader.com, independentreview.net, motorbuys.com, leaderrealestateguide.com and many more.

Print and online sales. Developed most if not all of the online advertising programs for the group of 9 newspapers. Trained all print reps to sell online advertising products.

Softlines & Seasonal as well as Assistant Team Lead. HR duties including hiring/firing along with performance reviews. Some accounting duties as well as all day to day aspects of the store. Knew all aspects of running the store and complete knowledge of all positions available.

I was the Lead person in both the Core and Finishing Departments of this Iron Foundry. I was in charge of the 2nd shift as our Supervisors worked on the 1st and 3rd shifts with a bit of overlap on the 2nd shift.
