Managed the $74M cost plus fixed fee contract effort to develop the Smart Transmission Test System (STTS) that will revolutionize how helicopter gearboxes and transmissions are tested at Corpus Christi Army Depot and the Naval Air Station (CCAD/NAS).Unlike the systems currently in use today, the STTS will incorporate smart technology that will use sensors to monitor and record the health of the STTS system as well as store data on each gearbox and transmission that undergoes qualification testing.The STTS will allow for multiple testing processes to be performed concurrently and each STTS will be able to test various helicopter platforms as opposed to the current test systems which require each process to flow consecutively and are platform specific. This effort will result in making the testing process more efficient and effective by reducing the time it takes to test each unit by nearly 2/3, as well being more accurate and reliable.

Led the successful completion of Government contracted efforts by utilizing knowledge gained through military officer experience, project management training, and graduate level education.

Managed the reorganization and restructuring of the Army Medical Department Center & School (AMEDDC&S) and the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) mandated transition of the Army's enlisted medical training to the new Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) which is the future joint service school for enlisted medical training, the largest military training consolidation in history, and the largest medical education and training institution in the world.
