Drawing on a rich history of nationwide seniors housing operations from product management and internal consulting to asset management and development, Sophos is launched as an investment platform to recover distressed/under-performing seniors housing assets.

• Led all activities of project team and external consultants on all 7 active West projects ($150MM+ at a given time).• Performed due diligence and research for individual and portfolio acquisitions. • Crafted monthly financial reporting for senior leadership, 2 public REITs, and multiple JV partners.• Conducted market analysis and spatial programming to ensure assets met market demands.

Recruited to conduct an on-site consulting study of 40 communities with the goal of optimizing nurse/resident interactions.• Operations lead on-site for 2017 Hurricane Harvey (Houston) evacuations. Managed 100+ person team of scouts, drivers, supply chain specialists, care staff, hotel staff, etc. to ensure seamless care and safety of all residents, while also providing shelter to employees and families. • Performed initial evacuation assessment/operations preparation for October 2017 CA wildfires. • Direct report to SVP of Owner Relations & Asset Management

DV Tech commercialized an innovative specialty chemical technology process that will disrupt the synthetic rubber manufacturing industry by providing a sustainable, cost-effective alternative to virgin rubber. DV Tech took already vulcanized rubber and returned it to its original virgin synthetic form.
