Starting in 2019 as the only full-time employee at the company, I pusued initiative after initiative, and after many "failures," lessons learned, and stategic pivots within the fledgling energy storage development business, I was ultimately succesful in the sourcing several "could-be" energy storage project sites with exceptional commercial promise. Leveraging the lessons I learned and skills developed from the previously mentioned, so-called "failures," I was successful in originating, negotiating, and structuring a joint venture with an international infrastructure development firm with unique capabilities not only to finance and oversee the development these "could-be" project ideas (literally transforming powerpoint project ideas into to to a real portfolio of energy storage projects), but also with the capabilities to operate the facilities in the long term, ensuring the delivery of energy services that will be critical to support the energy grid for years to come. Completed outage under budget. Restored service after 4 emergency outages, commenced repair less than 24 hours after plant breakdown. Hired technical specialists and craft labor, procured equipment, provided technical guidance, and managed customer relations.- Participated in Contract Re-Negotiation - Advised executive teams (legal and sales) on logistical constraints and current contractual scope during re-negotiation of 20 year contract with Energy Capital Partners.
