I teach Executive Presentation Skills using methods developed by Communispond. We focus on technical skills and provide in-the-moment coaching to allow participants to feel what it is like to try something new in front of a group. Using video training, participants can see the improvement they make.

I emcee charity team-building events like Build-a-Bike for the Leader's Institute. These events are designed to add fun and energy to annual meetings or conventions, while building camaraderie among the members of your team. And at the end of the event, the bikes are donated to a local charity!

I conduct outreach on behalf of Peterson Garden Project, a registered 501c3, to educate organizations on the benefits of growing and cooking their own food in Chicago. We make use of the Fearless Food Kitchen (a new 3,000 square foot commercial kitchen) as well as garden plots to host one-of-a-kind custom events for our sponsors and partners.

I work with local farmers, chefs, brewers, distillers, and restauranteurs to create food experiences that highlight the best of Chicago's food and beverages. We provide walking tours that allow eaters to make a connection with the food they eat and the fine folks who bring it to them.
