Directly oversee all areas of Ministry for the Basketball and Baseball for High School and Middle School in Cherokee County Ga. Including establishing and supporting all teams with chaplains, building team character/bible studies, supporting current school huddle groups, planning and developing coaches/teacher character/bible studies and developing camps for children of all ages to learn more about their sport. This is with a direct goal of sharing the gospel with our youth and connecting them with those who could continue to development.

Key contributions include: • Resurrection of then failing Treasure Island family entertainment center by redirecting focus on locally driven customer service needs structure to ensure a successful business. Implemented the necessary cooperative management needed to motivate operational staff to escalate sales and profit. • Brand Marketing Strategy – Identifying the necessary niche to positive leverage our Brand in a market place and then funneling those efforts through the community using Guerilla Marketing tactics with field personnel.• Promotional Calendar – Drove sales from 8k week to 16k week in one month’s time through positive cooperative management and guerilla marketing. • Employee Performance – Strengthened employee performance by collaborating with operating unit leadership to explain changes, strategic plans, and growth initiatives.
