Scott is the Co-Founder of Proformance Marketing Group (PMG), a Philadelphia-based marketing firm that specializes in live television shopping and product promotion. For nearly twenty years, Scott has regularly appeared on-air as a product expert on QVC, The Shopping Channel, and in infomercials. During that time, he has presented well over 500 different products on national and international television, totaling thousands of live appearances and over one billion dollars in worldwide sales. In October of 2014, Scott set the all-time QVC record for single units sold in one day by selling over 570,000 of the FrostGuard Today’s Special Value. In February 2016 he was nominated for the Q Star Award for Guest Excellence. Additionally, Scott has served as a spokesperson for numerous charities, events, and products in all forms of media, both nationally and internationally. He has also served as a speaker, panelist, and judge at national tradeshows, inventor workshops, and university conferences across the country. Scott also serves on the Board of Directors of the United Inventors Association of America in Washington, D.C., a non-profit industry watchdog that oversees and helps regulate the invention process. Prior to PMG, he held executive positions with a venture capital firm that specialized in emerging product technology, as well as a consumer electronics company, and was formerly an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia. Scott is a graduate of both Clemson University and the Villanova University School of Law and lives in Suburban Philadelphia with his wife and daughter.
