Helped facilitate the making of M&P's for runaway jobs, NPS, Customer Contact, Technician Scorecards. - Gathered information on field performance, damage claims, material usage to analyze changes - Administered field operational budgets, tracked expenses, maintained cost controls.- Worked with customers to manage complaints, offered technique guidance to technicians.- Kept operations productive by utilizing advanced training techniques, team meetings, diligent oversight.- Supervised upto 45 I&R Technicians/Contractors, 5 Central Office Technicians, 7 Business Service Technicians and many contractors in the majority of Ohio and parts of Indiana.- Managed quality assurance with on-site evaluations, quality checks, customer surveys.- Managed large projects for many businesses during installations, such as Lorain County 911, Port Authority.
