I have spent the last decade making dreams come true and working in the space where they overlap for social change. From youth development programmes to fundraising and opening a social enterprise espresso bar in Central Wellington, I work with an 'anything is possible' mentality to creatively invent solutions for improving the lives of New Zealanders. Specifically, this has meant working as part of a team to fundraise and design two purpose-built youth facilities in Wellington and West Auckland. Working alongside major brands such as Jim Beam Homegrown to create youth safety solutions. Planning and promoting events with both national and international profile performers. Negotiating stakeholder relationships with local and national government. Creating curriculums for young people to learn creative competencies which now train over 200 young people each year across New Zealand. Working with the local church to develop new mediums for discussion about belief.I speak regularly to both large and small groups on my philosophy for social change an innovation.I currently work 50/50 employed/freelance.
