Initially recruited by Crystal to head up their Sales department, building a team of 8. Attending trade shows, client meetings, this role took me and my team all over the UK.Shortly after coming on board I was asked to head up Marketing for the company, overhauling its name and brand (to Crystal Umbrella) and image to be better suited to the changing contractor industry.
