About Scott Sullivan

Experienced strategic HR Director working in the purpose and impact space. I am passionate about supporting businesses who want to create positive change in our society through engaging their people. I have played key roles in supporting growth, most recently at Bates Wells, a law firm and B Corp, achieve results through managing and developing talent. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, trustee of the anti bullying charity Diversity Role Models and a Justice of the Peace in East London I am an ID/CS personality for those familiar with DISC, ENFJ for those literate in Myers-Briggs or a Red if you like Jung.
