I have been both Provincially and Municipally involved in the wastewater industry, achieving the highest license within the Ontario Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists and through that developed strong bonds with industry professionals. This profession allowed me to expand my true passion of real estate and investing.Dealing with various real estate transactions, awakened a passion for the career in real estate. My people skills and willingness to go above and beyond what is expected opened the door to real estate. I left a profession which was secure and full of career advancements in the wastewater industry and I dove into real estate. My transition into this knew vocation was delayed when my daughter Isabella was diagnosed with Leukemia. Thankfully, she is a fighter and is doing well. That propelled me to believe and take part as a speaker for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I also avid supporter and fundraiser for the cause and raised over $120000.00 the past 10years. Born and raised in Toronto, my familiarity of the ever evolving and gentrification of the multitude of neighbourhoods in this beautiful city.My goal as a real estate agent is to make whether you’re a first time home buyer, downsizing or expanding your investment portfolio as stress-less as possible. As down payment requirements, deposits, home staging, closing costs, mortgages, repairs etc... All of these can be very overwhelming and that is where I can assist you as well. On a personal note, athletics play an important role in my life running several half marathons and a marathon to support local charities including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I also do public speaking, fund raising, enjoy music, movies, art, cooking, sports, cigars and my Yorkiepoo Pepe.
