I served as the Lead Business Analyst responsible for the development of a web-based financial crimes fraud detection platform. This fraud detection platform was designed for use in financial institutions to detect real-time suspicious behavior, flagging financial transactions for manual review. The team consisted of personnel in geographically disperse locations (California, Texas, Georgia, The Netherlands). My responsibilities included collecting, analyzing and translating high-level business requirements into prioritized software development requirements, including designing and building user interface prototypes; coordinating, facilitating, and presenting at recurring, online stakeholder meetings (including agenda preparation and meeting minutes development); communicating requirements and change requests between team members/sub-teams; resolving understanding conflicts between team members/sub-teams; and training team members to use the product. Meetings were held online using web conferencing programs (including Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Live Meeting, Skype, etc.) and included audio/visual components (presentation, real-time software demos, document collaboration, etc.).

I was responsible for designing how the online help system was to operate, including how software developers were to call online help for a specific window or dialog box and how to control what help will display. I also was responsible for developing portions of the online help, paper-based "Getting Started" tutorial, and product manuals.

These tools guided users on how to use the computer aided software engineering application development environment product. I pioneered the tutorial scenario, storyline, and graphics ideas.
