OneCICD is a platform enabling development teams across ADP to rapidly provision CICD pipelines using a GitOps process. The platform is used by over 150 development teams and 1000+ developers across the enterprise. As a senior member of the team, my responsibilities include: - Defining, prioritizing and designing/implementing new features for the platform- Writing instructional technical documentation to facilitate the onboarding process for development teams using the platform- Provide support to the overall DevOps community (over 1300 members strong) in the form of discussion boards responses, Discourse articles and scheduled “office hours” 4 times per week- Collaborate with technical leaders in other departments on initiatives to enhance the overall Developer Experience at ADP- Research new tools/technologies by creating prototypes/POCs and communicate plans for integrating them into the platform- Mentor junior members of the team

As a technical leader for the Special Education & Interventions solutions team, my primary responsibilities have been centered around bringing process, technical maturity and stability to the existing eStar platform in order to support increased sales. This includes identifying and planning remediation for existing technical debt, introducing standard development tools such as Maven, GitHub and Jenkins and moving towards a more test-oriented development culture.
