I lead a global team responsible for assessing market, competitive and client trends, defining our global offering strategy, and designing, building and managing the full lifecycle for standard, high value globally scalable service products that combine IBM's cybersecurity and industry expertise, our platform innovations such as AI/ML, big data and analytics, workflow automation, and IBM and partner ecosystem innovations to deliver integrated client experiences that provide the business outcomes clients seek.Everything begins with our clients and how we can be more responsive to their needs.
