Then, leased the property to the Gospel group Immeasurable and their manager to operate their restaurant concept, "Immeasurable Chicken and Waffles" as a casual neighborhood eatery.* In another building on the historic "Furniture Row" of West Baltimore Street, transformed the nearly vacant building into a fully occupied multi-unit apartment building with a first-floor office space and daycare for local children.* Partnered with HBO's "The Wire" production team to film an episode in one of Muchow Group's other properties, which is now prominently featured in "The Wire's" opening sequence.
