Hair that glows, bangs that bounce, and piercings that tell your story—we create the things that make you feel like you.Leading our technology team, I work cross functionally throughout Hairhouse to develop our roadmap and implement nimble enterprise systems in support of our strategic goals. Leveraging my background in infrastructure and end to end retail and supply chain understanding to collaboratively manage the projects to get us there. Supporting our digital transformation through a hands-on approach to implementation of NetSuite Cloud ERP and continued development of our Shopify eCommerce platform, our focus on innovation and agility is exciting in a time when it's so challenging to be a leader and not a follower in this space. Working cross-functionally, I apply influence without agency to enable and drive collaborative efficiencies and cost reduction.I'm fascinated by the speed with which the technology landscape changes, and find it an exciting challenge to match this dynamic innovation with fluid targets and organic corporate directives to deliver a balanced outcome for the business.
