Currently serving as the Director of Program Operations with OpenText Public Sector Solutions. In this role, I manage and oversee the professional services programs/projects and OTPSS consultants. This includes providing day to day management for multiple OpenText ECM projects ranging from the implementation of a new OpenText ECM system, upgrade to an existing ECM system, migration of legacy content into the OpenText ECM platform, integration with other systems including SharePoint and SAP, and OpenText ECM custom development. I am responsible for building strong working relationships with OTPSS customers to ensure customer goals and objectives are met during project execution, along with managing and setting internal professional development goals for more than twenty five consultants.
