Responsible for successful execution of customer projects and/or accounts from Order Entry through Project Closeout. Additional responsibilities include the management and execution of major Aftermarket projects (upgrades, retrofits, etc.) This position works with cross-functional multi-project team resources to ensure expectations are delivered according to defined scope, timeline, documentation, and cost parameters. Directly involved with planning, scheduling, and controlling all project activities during the project life cycle while satisfying project requirements and building positive relationships with customers and peers. Work within assigned customer territory to best serve our clients and end users, and to drive long term growth via customer satisfaction. Responsible for successful execution of field startup, commissioning, and remedial order management. Works with cross-functional multi-project team resources to ensure expectations are delivered according to defined scope, timeline, and cost parameters. This role will be focused 90% on project execution within the Operations Organization and 10% on departmental process improvements that drive cost out opportunities. Supervises the Startup Project Management staff via planning, scheduling, and controlling all project activities toward these objectives by applying technical, theoretical, and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive relationships with customers and peers.

Directed and controlled all maintenance production of 16 HH-60G aircraft valued in excess of $235 million; includes phase inspections, major depot modifications/repairs. Supervised and led efforts of 166 personnel from 9 Air Force specialties. Steered formulation of flying and maintenance schedules to meet annual tasking of 2,250 sorties and 4,700 flying hours.
