As the COO of HHAeXchange, a Healthcare SaaS platform, I'm responsible for driving transformation, operational excellence, process, efficiency, delivery, and M&A integration. During my tenure as VP, SVP, CRO, and now COO, I have built, transformed, and overseen the following functions: new logo sales, expansion sales, customer success, implementation, training, solutions engineering, support, partnerships, revenue operations, enablement, demand generation, technical content and education, customer experience, product and customer marketing, brand, interoperability, Medicaid revenue cycle operations, integrations, and trading partners. Throughout my career, I have scaled vertical SaaS businesses from < $10m to $200m+ ARR, including 3 exits, through scalable, disciplined, and focused go-to-market and operational strategies with cohesive end-to-end customer experiences at the forefront of all processes.
