Sysops Server Admin
CurrentResponsibilities:- Lead a team of technical support staff- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, mobile devices, and network connectivity- Manage and configure the Unifi equipment- Monitor and maintain Network & Trace and track Threats- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to technical supportSkills:- Strong knowledge of Connectwise, Automate, Screenconnect- Cybersecurity programs Threatlocker , Sentinelone , Webroot, - Experience with computer hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance- Microsoft Entra Administration- Experience with Windows Server domain and Desktop systems- Experience with Linux operating systems and Mac OS- Hypervisor and Proxmox Admin for 50+ servers - Patch Managment- Software deployment uninstall and tracking across mass networks. - Admin of appriver to manage licenses and accounts and email threat protection.- Liongard Alert System admin- Knowledge of mobile device management- Experience managing, setup and Installation PFSense firewalls- Strong understanding of all Network Concepts- VOIP experience configuring phones & systems install
