Run daily operations of a 45 Bed Apartment complex and oversee programs and services for adults with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities. Coordinated all marketing, Human Resources, technology and other services to run our operations. Responsible for all outreach and community engagement to assist in fundraising, volunteerism and recruitment.

Responsible for overall management of staff, site programs and and Assisted Living community. Oversees daily operations and monitors the delivery of services provided to the residents and ensures their needs are being met. Assists in developing services and/or programs to meet needs of the community including public relations, marketing, Human Resources, financials and compliance oversight of the building and its programs.

Collaborated with Director of Nursing, Executive Director, Power of Attorney and tenants to assist individuals within the scope of choices per activities of daily living and best practices. Coordinated and ran all Care Conferences for facility as well as helped setting goals and budgets for department.

Managed, implemented and executed all fundraising programs within post-secondary school for young adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Developed and implemented 2011-2012 Advancement Plan of $457, 000.Involved in all aspects of grant proposals including prospecting, research and working with various departments within college to gain insight into programs.Collaborated with Marketing Director to gain corporate support outside of our events through partnerships, employment opportunities for our students, payroll deductions and corporate giving campaigns.Coordinate and facilitate all meetings and strategies revolving around fundraising events to ensure all parties are aware of their responsibilities and objectives that must be met.Secured corporate/individual sponsorship for annual gala that amounted to $75, 000 in revenue for the event.Solicited corporations and individuals for both live and silent auction items providing revenues of $125,000.

Created, implemented and managed curriculum based programs for 36 individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities. Trained and mentored up to 10 Direct Care staff to carry out goals and work directly with individuals.

Managed and directed continuum of care for 12 adults with cognitive and physical disabilities within Intermediate Care Facility. Hired, trained, mentored and coached 12 Direct Care Professionals.
