Building an experiential catering business from the ground up taught me the importance of adaptability and innovation. Transitioning from a 100% cash business to a fully prepaid model in less than two years was no small feat, but it was a testament to the power of strategic planning and customer-centric thinking.So, what’s the takeaway from this journey? Success in business development and sales isn’t just about numbers and targets. It’s about being authentic, caring deeply about your team and clients, and never losing sight of your “why.” Be you.
