Initiated weekly and monthly production schedules and goals. Recalculated sales budget allocating minimum monthly and yearly goals. As the Project Manager for the Maghreb Region at USAFRICOM, planned and coordinated educational exchanges, operations, and training events with Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, and Mauritania. Utilized five years of African experience and French language fluency to work with partner nations to determine needs and potential solutions. Served as the primary facilitator between USAFRICOM and U.S. Army Africa, Marine Forces Africa, Air Forces Africa, and Naval Forces Africa, as well as the Embassy country teams in the Maghreb Region, in the development of strategic and operational plans to improve North African militaries’ intelligence capabilities. Planned and executed engagements for senior intelligence leaders to all countries in Africa. Utilized deep Embassy experience to inform planning and project management.- Collaborated with two Embassies and acted as translator and trip advisor for a visiting dignitary in Africa. Enabled a broader understanding for the visitor of the challenges facing two key African partner nations, meeting with African military leaders, US Embassy leaders and two separate United Nations Peacekeeping operations.- As part of the Trans-Sahara Counter Terrorism Partnership (TSCTP) program, supported the training of Algerian military officers as systems administrators for a new communications system being installed by the US military to improve information sharing. Contacted Global Knowledge France in Paris to arrange for training dates and needed courses. Appointed as the personal representative of the US Secretary of Defense to the Mauritanian government. Served as the principal advisor to the American Ambassador on all military and political matters. Developed comprehensive analytical reports which were presented to higher headquarters and to White House staff. Supervised activities of 9 direct reports managing 40 personnel. Responsible for the execution of all Department of Defense activities and initiatives in Mauritania.- Using Section 1208, now Section 2282, funding, directed the acquisition and delivery of new intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft to allow the Mauritanian Air Force (MAF) an increased capability to patrol and control desert and ocean coastlines. Worked with Chief of the MAF. Tripled ISR capability from one to three aircraft. Increased trust between the US military and the MAF.- Analyzed needs, formulated program, and developed recommendations to secure $29 million in improved command and control equipment, individual soldier gear, and training support for counter-terrorism operations.- Completed a $4 million project to create a logistics battalion for the Mauritanian Army by arranging for the delivery of new vehicles and equipment and training support. Inventoried all equipment being transferred to the Mauritanian Army to ensure proper accountability occurred.- Trained and mentored two US Army Foreign Area Officers during their year-long In Region Training tours in Mauritania, ensuring they successfully completed their programs of instruction.

Mapped the route and filed extensive reporting.
