Responsible for analysis, interpretation, and exploitation of the capabilities of worldwide radar detection systems, anti-air weapons of every kind, and the survivability systems we employ in order to minimize or negate anti-air efforts. Senior advisor on the exploitation of terrain, systems, and techniques to increase the likelihood of survival throughout all modes of flight and in all air missions within specific theaters across the globe.

Pilot in Command of the UH-60M (S-70) and responsible for the safety, training, and effective employment of a $25 million, multi-engine, jet turbine helicopter, a crew of four, and up to 11 passengers in a multitude of environments and functions. Experience employing the aircraft and crew in the following tasks; IFR cross country, aerial fire suppression, paradrop operations, external sling load, overwater cross country, casualty evacuation, high-altitude operations, fast rope insertion, and formation flight. Designated as company and battalion level flight-lead responsible for route selection, execution, and exacting timeliness of flights up to 10 aircraft in tight formation. Mentored and trained 5 newly arrived junior pilots in air assault execution, planning processes, and flight lead responsibilities and techniques.

Mabalacat, Central Luzon, Philippines

Represented the entire US Army Aviation contingency in the Life Flight Joint Planning Cell while deployed to the Philippines for a joint exercise involving USN, USAF, USMC, Philippine Air Force, Philippine Army, and civilian Red Air Contractors. Assigned directly to USMC LtCol McAlarnen and worked alongside Lt Colonels, Majors, and Captains as a CW2 fulfilling a field grade officer/executive level role. Organized and coordinated the daily flights of all air assets in the entire Luzon region, personally conducting daily flight briefs between representatives of every organization and deconflicting between nations, branches, and platforms ranging from the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp to flights of A-10 attack aircraft. Directly responsible for coordinating 108 incident free sorties, twelve UH-60 deck landing qualifications on the USS Wasp, and five iterations of USMC C-130 short field qualifications at a remote Philippine Army airfield.

Only program in the Battalion with 100% scores on four surprise inspections from the federal DPW office. Responsible for the safe packaging, labeling and handling of HAZMAT for over $250 million worth of equipment shipped from Hawaii to Thailand, the Philippines, and back again in support of a Brigade Task Force deployment.

Trained soldiers in the detection, protection, and decontamination procedures for potential CBRN threats. Successfully deployed 154 full sets of personal CBRN suits, detection units, gas masks, and affiliated accessories with HAZMAT components across the pacific ocean and through international customs from Hawaii to Thailand, India, the Philippines, and California.

Earned Honor Graduate status as the top 20% of the flight school graduating class #17-918. Flew in the TH-67 (Bell 206) for 100 hours of flight time, the OH-58 (Bell 206) for 21 hours, and qualified in the UH-60M. Successfully completed a number of unique training schools such as SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) and HOST (Helicopter Over-Water Survival Training).

Served as a member of an observation and listening team gathering and reporting information on routes, terrain features, and enemy disposition. Responsible for the maintenance, functionality, and effectiveness of a multitude of crew served weapons and vehicles ranging from the .50 cal M2 machine gun to the Mk-19 grenade launcher and the HMMWV to the Bradley fighting vehicle. Utilized analog maps, compasses, and terrain associating techniques alongside state of the art navigation equipment to assist in observation, weapon employment, and vehicle navigation.
